Decode yourself

An online training to fully understand the nonverbal signals you send to others

Do you know if your nonverbal signals underline or sabotage what you are saying? If your facial expressions are clear for others to read? And if the way you present yourself nonverbally engages others while you talk?

This training is for ambitious professionals who want to become aware of the nonverbal signals they send to others. Science shows that nonverbal intelligence makes you more successful in all aspects of your life. Together we will discover if there is a gap between how you think you come across and how others really perceive you. With this information you can decide if you want to make adjustments to your nonverbal signals to align your authentic self with the perception of your self.

You will learn:

  • How you come across in your first impression and during interactions;
  • Which nonverbal signals give the other person a certain impression of you;
  • If your authentic self is expressed in your nonverbal signals;
  • How to recognize your own discomfort behavior in stress situations and how to counter balance this;
  • The meaning of many nonverbal signals to be able to determine if you want to incorporate them into your nonverbal communication style.

After this training

  • You are able to read and understand your own nonverbal signals;
  • You can consciously finetune your non-verbal signals to achieve optimal results in a conversation;
  • You display your nonverbal brand with confidence in every interaction.

“The non-verbal communication training at Beyond Expression has been a real eye-opener for me. Ted is an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable coach. She was perfectly capable of linking the theory to my behavior. Constructive, sharp but above all positively critical. I came away with very practical tips on how to work towards an impression which is congruent with my authentic self. Confronting, effective and really fun. I am looking forward to putting it into practice!”
